My project explored how AI tools can help shape the future of higher education, focusing on improving teaching, assessment, student support, and AI literacy within universities. Using Microsoft Copilot and a second AI tool, I evaluated AI-generated solutions and developed recommendations for how universities can adopt AI responsibly, ethically, and strategically to enhance the student experience and organisational performance.
